In the eastern part of the Community of Madrid, very close to the Spanish capital, lies Torrejón de Ardoz. In this city, a missionary group is freely sharing books that present the message of salvation.
For Window for Christ, this initiative is more than a local distribution. From the beginning, the ministry has sought to reach the people of the 10/40 Window, both in their own countries and wherever many of them are living outside their borders. Spain is one of those places where this reality opens new opportunities for the mission.
What is happening in Torrejón reminds us that the mission can find us much closer than we think. It is not always necessary to travel to a far-off country to reach people who need to know Christ. In our own cities we can meet those who come from places where the gospel still has limited access.
We thank God for the brothers and sisters who are taking advantage of this opportunity to serve and share. We pray that He keeps guiding their steps and that, through this work, many people will have the opportunity to know Jesus.
